Return & Refund Policy

1. Change of Mind Returns

Returns for change of mind are accepted for products that are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required. A restocking fee may apply at Sarros’ discretion. Custom or special-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

Products supplied by Sarros that are faulty, defective, or not as described are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund as per ACL.
Faults must be reported as soon as practicable, and within the product manufacturer’s warranty period.
Sarros may require supporting documentation (e.g., photos, receipts) to assess the claim.

3. Installed Products

• If a fault is found in the product or workmanship, contact Sarros within 7 days of installation. We will assess and rectify the issue promptly.
• Change-of-mind returns are not available after installation unless required by law.

4. Exclusions

• Products damaged by misuse, neglect, unauthorised alteration, or improper installation (not performed by Sarros) are not eligible for return or refund.
• No refunds for products or installations altered by third parties post-completion.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact Sarros by phone or email with your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting documentation.
We aim to resolve all return or refund requests within 5 business days.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
