Sarros Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 26 June 2025

Terms of Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee:

1. Guarantee Scope

  • Sarros provides a lifetime guarantee on the quality of workmanship performed by its professionals during electrical installations, plumbing installations, and appliance installations.
  • This guarantee covers all workmanship defects but does not cover manufacturer warranties on products/appliances (which are covered separately by manufacturer warranties).

2. Eligibility

  • This guarantee applies only to the original installation completed by Sarros licensed professionals.
  • The guarantee is non-transferable and remains valid only for the original purchaser at the original installation address.

3. Void Conditions

  • The guarantee will be void if any other trades or third-party services have conducted work on the property that affects the area where Sarros's installation was performed.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the installation will void this guarantee.
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from external factors are not covered.

4. Claims Process

To initiate a claim, contact Sarros Customer Support:

  • Provide details of the issue along with proof of the original installation by Sarros.
  • Claims will be assessed by qualified Sarros professionals within 48 hours of contact.

5. Remedies Provided

  • In cases of valid claims, Sarros will, at its discretion, correct the defective workmanship free of charge.
  • Any further work required to correct issues not covered by this workmanship guarantee may incur additional charges.
  • All remedial work maintains Sarros' commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.

6. Exclusivity of Remedies

  • The remedies described in these terms are the exclusive remedies available under this guarantee.
  • Sarros is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect in workmanship.

7. Additional Rights

  • The lifetime guarantee provides specific legal rights. Additional rights may exist under applicable Australian Consumer Law within Western Australia.
