Shipping Policy

1. Service Area

We serve the Perth metropolitan and Peel regions only. Orders for delivery or installation outside these areas will not be accepted.

2. Pickup for Supply-Only Orders

If you purchase a unit only (without installation), your order will be available for pickup from our yard:

• Pickup Address: 9/49 Biscayne Way, Jandakot, WA 6164
• Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Please bring your order confirmation or photo ID.

We do not offer shipping, courier, or delivery services for supply-only orders.

3. Supply & Installation Orders

• If you select supply & installation, your product will be delivered by our technician as part of the installation service.
• No delivery fee applies for supply & installation orders within our service area.
• Installation appointments will be confirmed by our team after purchase.

4. No International or Interstate Shipping

Sarros does not ship products outside Western Australia or overseas under any circumstances.
