Important: Sarros does not offer shipping outside our defined service areas. Please review the details below before placing your order.
1. Service Area
We serve the Perth metropolitan and Peel regions only. Orders for delivery or installation outside these areas will not be accepted.
2. Pickup for Supply-Only Orders
If you purchase a unit only (without installation), your order will be available for pickup from our yard:
- Pickup Address: 9/49 Biscayne Way, Jandakot, WA 6164
- Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Please bring your order confirmation or photo ID.
We do not offer shipping, courier, or delivery services for supply-only orders.
3. Supply & Installation Orders
- If you select supply & installation, your product will be delivered by our technician as part of the installation service.
- No delivery fee applies for supply & installation orders within our service area.
- Installation appointments will be confirmed by our team after purchase.
4. No International or Interstate Shipping
Sarros does not ship products outside Western Australia or overseas under any circumstances.
